Product Orders

Your orders placed through the Site are subject to Cherry City’s acceptance, and Cherry City may refuse to accept or may cancel any order for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, Cherry City shall issue a credit to your credit card account.

This Site has been designed for use within Hong Kong and under Hong Kong law. Whilst we are happy to consider orders from outside Hong Kong, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this Site or the placing of any order through this Site from outside Hong Kong complies with any applicable non-Hong Kong laws or regulations. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure the products you ordered are permitted under your local laws. Currencies

The default currency used in the Site is Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), and all transactions are to be processed in HKD. Prices and charges, etc., shown in other currencies are only for your reference. The actual exchange rate for the final debiting amount on your payment method will be depended on your credit card company.

Return & Exchange Policy

All merchandises sold are non-refundable except for exchange of the same article being not possible as the concerning article being out of stock or discontinued. Exchange of merchandises is only acceptable due to manufacture defects or deviation between actual measurements and measurement chart being more than 5%. A valid invoice must be presented for return and exchange. Return and exchange will not be accepted if the merchandise is in any way used, washed, damaged or altered. Original packaging must be retained for return and exchange. Request of return or exchange must be filed within seven days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to make the final judgment regarding any disputes.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colours will be accurate.

Governing Law
